What is bad in stepper?
I don't find any moreover it's funny interesting
By claiming up in various directions like

That really helped and helping me thighs burning kind of feeling

For the same amount of effort spent...Elliptical will burn more calories and easier on your knees and ankles kada..

Sounding like Runners knee .but I might be wrong

Now or never on top of it my mind and body also
Cooperating so I don't wann give up

Moreover I though it's small issue so if I sit for
Some time thought pain will vanish

But realized it's serious one :-(

One good thing is bcos of this now I leant to drive using my left leg :D

One Fine night

Running on treadmill started with 3 and
Gone to 6 speed with elevation 3 that too with in 3 Nimitz

First few seconds ok then all of sudden my right knee got stiff

Then I realized immediately reduced speed to 4 but damage seems to be

I was unable to walk. It's bone drilling kind of pain so some how walked slowly

After few Nimitz trying to walk I cannot amma
The fellow trainers given cold pack so I kept that but still not much impact

Some how I walked and drove back to home and then to emergency
Whole night sitting there finally doctor said no prob in bone
Might be some other issue go and see ur family doctor

And they gave crutches I never used so far

But my family doctor asked me to take MRI from that she said
I got clatridge tear and I need to give full rest to my right leg

So it's been more than a week I am using my both legs but mostly
Using left leg while driving or walking or at steps etc

Now thinking how long it takes for me to becone normal,
run back or to do squats
Driving is my PASSION.
Ball or Bimmer does not matter.
