So far it's too good after lying down with in 30 mins
I am going to very sound deep sleep.

Next 15 min dips, pull-ups and leg raises
Next 15 min abs using roller
Next 30 to 45 mins weights upper body one day
Lower body another day etc

HIIT avasaram ledu.. but make sure you do not give long breaks..

Running chese vallaki oka suggestion.. Instead of running long hours.. try to shift to sprints..... even on treadmill you can do it..

Run as fast as you can and calm down.. do it for multiple times.. that way you burn more calories and you increase fat burning process through the day..

constant running would not give you much advantage.. 15 minutes cardio with sprints burns enough calories for day.

most weight loss people do not realize that, they regain fat when they stop running, or dieting .

Only way to reduce fat is by increasing muscle. Muscle burn more fat.

also A lean guy with muscle would weigh same as a chubby guy with 30% of fat..

weight is not a problem.. problem is fat.. Fat% ante ento telusukondi..adi taggiyyandi..

I am a decent runner and run on an avg. 8 miles/run.

Problem is, if I given a long break then I regain most of the weight back. Not sure if adding some weight training will help.

cardio + weights is good.. mari 8 miles daily sette.. pissakayalu enduka povu.

he would be burning close to 1k calories.. ink emi untadi sinthakaya. 200 calories cardio(2 to 3 miles) then weights.. should workout well.

First learn what is calories. How food is converted into calories. What is fat. When fat get accumulated. What is metabolism. how to increase metabolism.
How muscle help burn fat. How muscle make you strong and make you burn more calories in future even you are not working out..

After learning above all .. you feel funny when you read.. crash weight loss, medication for weight loss and nimmakaya , vedinillu weight loss.
