Junior.. HIIT avasaram ledu.. but make sure you do not give long breaks.. Running chese vallaki oka suggestion.. Instead of running long hours.. try to shift to sprints..... even on treadmill you can do it.. Run as fast as you can and calm down.. do it for multiple times.. that way you burn more calories and you increase fat burning process through the day.. constant running would not give you much advantage.. 15 minutes cardio with sprints burns enough calories for day. |
