I need to go to canada to get stamped. My h1b should be posted to USCIS today.. I need to apply for Canada tourist visa to attend my stamping.. Now, can I apply for canada visa using my old h1b approval which is still valid or do I have to wait until my new h1b ammendment is approved and I get it ?
