Rafi Garu, Well said. It must be in the blood of our Telangana Politicians to look for handouts from anybody who appears rich and famous. Another disease we have is to seek and pander to appease these famous personalities. There is not only no need to appeal for adopting our villages by Andhra-Seema personalities but also there is no need to insult ourselves especially after fighting for six decades and shedding blood and losing hundreds of youth and finally winning our own State. Doesn't it reinforce the Andhra Propaganda that Telangana cannot rule itself without begging from Andhra Crony Capitalists? Just as you said it, these kind of actions, like the previous ones - buying power from Lagadapati, raise serious concerns in our minds about the nexus between the Andhra-Seema Capitalists (Crony) and Telangana Politicians only to help them gain and keep illegitimate wealth. I have watched "Srimanthudu" movie only to objectively analyze why it earned so much and why it became an instant hit just like that other one (Bahubali). There is nothing new in the plot of Srimanthudu movie. In fact the plot of fighting corrupt local politician has been repeated hundreds of times. The only new thing in the plot that is less repeated is "adoption of a village" by a rich and famous person. But then even that has been used in movies like "Swadesh" (Hindi). The acting is mediocre at best and direction is poor. One person, unarmed, literally destroys and demolishes dozens and dozens of hired goondas single handedly and with such ease that even Rambo looks sissy! And that movie "Bahubali" is really an aggregate copy of so many Hollywood and other Western Action movies. Even the poster they use is an exact copy of another Hollywood movie not to mention that frame depicting two hands and a basket. The plot is a tired rehash, the direction is less than mediocre, there is not acting skill displayed, and the music is almost non-existent. Their only talent is the advertising and hype and their hijacking of 4200 movie screens simultaneously (40% of all the country's movie screens). By the time people realize that the movie isn't worth watching the movie producers made hundreds of crores in a matter of less than a week! Go to youtube and search on Bahubali and you will find proof of the farce. Making a lot of money in short time is the only fame that this movie can claim and for that our own IT Minister (whom I used to think as intelligent and capable) sends congratulatory message (not for superb acting or rare plot - story) but for box office success? Rafi garu, I applaud you for fearlessly raising these concerns and bringing forth real issues. Please keep on doing it. Dear Subhash Reddy garu, How nice it would be, like you, if everyone had openly accepted the facts, understood & followed the fundamentals of Telangana movement. I don't know what happened to our dynamic leaders & activists ! Why are they behaving this way ? Your analysis on Sreemantudu & Bahubali is perfect to my knowledge ! Great ! When we say, hereinafter, we don't need Seemandhra political leadership in Telangana, how can we shake hands with the Seemandhra cine looters & ask them to take part in the Telangana development? Then, what was the need of achieving separate Telangana ? Why can't we stop this begging business at-least now, after achieving Telangana. I feel the Telangana government is capable enough, does it really need the meherbani of those... ? Snatch their illegally occupied lands, show your dynamic power over there.., Telangana will be proud ! But not this way...
