assume both comapnies are sister comapnies and no issue of porting dates 140 etc

then bulletin lo acceptance date current aithe paristhiti enti?? let s say u r perm was pedning for 2yrs and approved in jan 2012. by that time u moved to another company and they filed perm n 140. approved. then u wanted to use 2012 perm to file 140. u filed 140 but in process, now dates moved till 2012 feb.
1. go for premium??
2. process lo adhe pending lo unna ok??
