go to meeseva... 1. pay challan for NAC(non availability of birth certificate) get that receipt to municipality/or corparation. they will search for the BC and will send a note of non-availability to MRO office... Mro will certify the NAC and they ll forward it to RDO office, there the RDO will certify that BC is indeed missing and will forward it to municipality/corporation and ask them to enter the details of the respective candidate. again you need to apply for BC (if it is before 1993 it ll be manual and after 1993 everything is online)in meeseva and get the bc from municipality/corporation. do not forget to ask them to include your spouse's name in BC ban Krishna_jilla for being a TT | ||

2 affidavits ante two persons who know you like father, mother, uncle, aunt, Siblings elder to you stating your date of birth is so and so, and place of birth is so and so, and reason for not registering the birth. yes, this could be school records also. Like TC from 10th, voter card or hospital certicate and such documents which shows place and date. However if Birth is not registered within 1 year and the birth certificate is not taken within one year then that is not considered as valid certificate. why u need BC?? am i missing something? If in her PP it says place of birth is VJA then it's fine let it be. take a self attestation on a 100Rs stamp paper as self affadavit.
