Seinfeld Maa coworker attane set sesaad After getting EAD for his family they sold stuff here And moved to vindia He got job in MNC so he travel back to here yearly twice or thrice To maintain his EAD and paying taxes here too Now recently he got GC for entire family and don't know whether All are here or not. Ultimately fact is whoever goes back most of them are have back up plans Not having enough confidence on either country or their capability to live Btw he is kannadiga Driving is my PASSION. Seinfeld First of all 485 no can cancel Either uscis can reject or if candidate gone out of country or In country but not employee of any company or found fraudulent company Then only problem Where as 140 ur employer might cancel but once u got EAD and after 180 days over U r safe as long as ur future or new employer is paying u well and you should be in same or similar Or better role and responsibilities That's it Driving is my PASSION. if you applied lets say on October 1st 2015 and received EAD on December 1st 2015 your 180 day count actually starts on October 1st 2015 | ||
