I think every year 1 year move chesthadu anukunta... so next Fiscal year i.e. October 2016 the acceptance date will move to July 01 2012... based on applications for EAD.. they will calculate the date the approval date should move by... so atleast for next 4-5 months till they process all the EADs... they will keep this date.
