Indian reservation system should be amended to exclude parasites.. You can have sc/st reservation but add a tax bracket to exclude parasites.. bhaiyya..if sending abroad is only criteria.. then even i was not sent & many other friends from my family & friends (OCs) were also didnt go.. so you cant generalise it & say sending to US is the criteria.. more over not every one who has sent their kids have sent them without taking education loans.. so dont get confused.. at same time.. lower caste SC ST, BC's start fighting against upper castes.. who are rich and dominant.... and also Start to revolt against the resources like water, land which they can own and have a limit on money they can earn..
