Google Cloud is a Platform. Much like Amazon Web Services Cloud. Hardware and Software solutions can be rented, upgraded on-demand etc. They are not source-code repositories. Bitbucket alone is offering a Free source-repo for a 5 member team. You'll need to register with a company name, and a team-Id. sourcerepo also is charging fee half that of github. "Chill Bro. I have been using the private repo on github. I agree, paying 7 usd per month is just an unnecessary expense. Bitbucket looks interesting. Let me do some research. Thanks | ||

Would you recommend installing the desktop version of github and saving the repositories on "dropbox" for access through internet? Is it a better option than using private repositories on github? (Private repositories cost $7 per month) Other alternates are https://bitbucket.org and https://cloud.google.com Anyone tried these? TIA !ntfi |
