I sympathize the situation in Syria and I voice your opinion too. But taking refugees is NOT the solution. Syria is under emergency rule from 1963 till 2011 where no more than 5 people can do a public gathering in public places which might lead to rebel against the govt. Finally in 2011, people have decided to fight against the govt. They must fight like what they have done in Egypt and in the process women, children are becoming victims. THEY MUST FIGHT AGAINST THE DICTATORSHIP for making a peaceful future to the coming generations. Sorry to use, but it is unfortunate that the civil wars again offshoot from Islamic nation - Directly or Indirectly (be it Afghanistan, Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Egypt, Israel, Iraq or Iran). This religion has DONE NO GOOD To MANKIND but on the contrary has destroyed peace in this world. May sense prevail. Now coming back to your large heartedness of accepting refugees, you should be aware that the more illegal immigrants into one country will lead to : 1. More population impacting bacis nessacties. 2. Illiteracy 3. Poverty 4. Poverty leading to CRIME 5. High CRIME rate leading to rebels and then Terrorism All these should be considered before accepting refugees...See France - How they are suffering due to huge Islamic inflow from Morocco and other Sub-Saharan countries. I frankly don't get your point. As long as they were not persecuted in Turkey, which they weren't, they were just seeking a better life. How can they even call themself refugees.
