The other Approval Cutoff date, that will allow the approved I-140 to file I-485 application (pre-registration) with EAD and AP and portability of I-140 for employment changes. Reportedly, âacceptanceâ cut-off dates will be several years before the âapprovalâ cut-off dates in the China/India EB categories. Wow! | ||
