when you buying premium cars i always look for slightly used loaner cars from dealers, for suppose 2015 loaner car with 5k miles, you will get always better deals and loaded options on these, new car value/ true car value ki at least 10% difference vasthadi plus you are buying a car with first year depreciation when you selling your car that car will hold the value for resale i don't believe in leasing, unleass you don't care for money

Harrytej:i think leasing is good if you put less than 12k... My scenario: owned a used (not even a new one) SLK car for 2 years travelled approx 12k-14k miles a year.. 2k down with 550/month 500 negative equity tho bachayincha last ki.. so final ga nenu pay chesindi 504+104=$654 per month to own the car..ee case 3yrs tharvaathalo nee daggara car vundi after spending 23.5k? Nenu ganaka lease chesi unte 600 ki kotha SLK ochedi...ikkada nuvvu 3yrs ki 21.6k nee pettaka nee daggara emi migilindi?I would have enjoyed even more..
Nenu lease vs. buying compare chseinappudu...20k car ki 3yr lease came to 9k and if I want to keep it after that I need to pay 14k considering the car being 3yr old and having 36k miles on it. If I buy the car, I pay 20k @ 0% for 5 yrs! edi best option antey obvious ga buying ey kada? I only considered what I am getting for my money here! Nothing else... When you bring monthly payment into picture, you will pay 249/m for 3 yrs for leasing vs. 330/m for buying for 5 yrs. |

Jambalahaart_raja:Any suggestions welcomed...
get a short term lease/ trade a lease. you will save that initial 5-7k payment and you can get it for 1-2 years instead of 3 years... |

Personally I dont like the concept of leasing... High end cards la unless u just love to drive brand new cards, u can buy a 2-3 yr old model for the 10-20k more than the leasing amount.. plus u can sell it at the end of the loan amount... asset value undi... Low end - unless the lease amount is less than 150, i would buy it.. especially toyotas and hondas... u can easily sell them even if u have loan on the cars, which would pretty much be the same as ur lease amount.. but if u pay off the loan, u have an asset again.. |

If you need a car from office to home, then leasing is good. But ekkuva thirigetollaki, miles baaga put on chesetollaki they should buy. Limited mileage leasing worst for them. |

Time-and-again discuss chesina topic ye... Weekend Friend toh argument... Always better to BUY a car antaadu... I say, BUY a low-end car, anything below $45K and always LEASE a high-end premium car above $45K... but I could not be convincing... Oka BMW, Oka Audi, Oka Porsche... Truecar lo choosinaa... lease value range between $500 to $800 for 36 months term vasthundi... after say $10K trade-in/down. Adey loan ante..zimbly $100 more every month, for 60 months term say, with $10K trade-in and an additional $10K down... 3 years lease chesthey $35K pay chesi car koodaa own cheyamu... adey 5 years loan clear chesthey we can always own the car... Premium cars ki resale lekapovatam enti antaad... Despite depreciation, it is still an asset at any given time antaad... Nene convince ayipoyaa... Any suggestions welcomed... "Chill Bro. I told you to let it go!!" - The Budhha. |
