30 mins jogging incline 8 Speed 8.5km/hr
10 mins stepper
15 mins weights.idi routine.

Food as said below. I am eating same kinda food before also. But with lot of sweets and meat. Now no sugar from past 80days and chicken very minimal ever Sunday.

Night 7:30pm to 7:30am ... Tummy empty right.
Proteins: sprouts with apple, po.ogrenate
Juice: carrot+beets+ spinach+ cucumber+ green apple+ ginger+ lemon+ honey
Lunch: roti mixed with methi or any grreens but no oil.
Night: roti or rice with any curry.
Any parties : extra workout next day.

Lost 13kgs in 80 days. Workout daily 1hr.
Breakfast sprouts.
Coffee - no
Fruit and vegetables juice after workout. 250ml.
Lunch. Plain roti no oil no curry @ 12:30pm
green tea @1pm.
Oats with dates : 3pm
Evening dinner- Intlo EDI vanditay adi- but limited ga tintunna- 7:30pm.
Tummy empty for min 12hrs.
