Yeah. GM diet worked for me..

Tried in December..

Weight 184 pounds nunchi 155 ki vacchaa in couple of weeks..
Maintaining that weight for seven months now..

no exercise.. only diet control..

If u like meat and alcolhol and avoid it for long temporarily...it wont do good ..once if u start u will eat more and more....so better consume at reasonable amount...

one month lo changes i did




My plan is to give up these 2 someday for good.

Tea with sucanut or stevia instead of sugar
Cut down salt and oil to 50 percent of what i consumed earlier
Cut down rice




I drint black tea and black coffee most of the times..I dont mix sugar/cream

I have been attending lot of parties in august and drink lot of beer and alcohol and i lost 1 kilo in 3 weeks

Dont avoid alcohol and parties..its not our life style

Aug 1st nunchi alochohol, meat, & indian buffets bandh chesa...25 days lo 8lb tagga weight..if I continue the same & stop eating white rice, I will reduce another 10-15lbs in next 2 months.

eat limited food. simble.

What u mean by cumulative? Make sure u walk for 5 miles per day???

For me GM diet has worked as kick starter
And later on maintained diet in balanced way and lost another kilo

For every thing there will be positive and negative kada... May be you and sasi are negative side
Me and vishavk on positive side

okate saari kaadhu annai ... 24 hours lo cumulative ga 1.20 aithe walking ki spare cheyyochu kada


doing GM diet for cleansing is good...but weight reduction ki it wont help at all

I dont want to spend that long everyday
I am walking 2 miles 5 days a week
3 times small yoga exercises 15 mins each time

On day 1 again

Tried first time last month and lost 3 kilos
Since then lost another kilo..
Total 4 kilos in a month

This time target is reduce 2 to 3 kilos and maintain what I was doing last 3 weeks
