Hello folks, I would appreciate your input on my situation: 1. Have been on H1B for 5 yrs (extension due in July 2016) with an approved I-140. No EAD yet I am thinking of changing jobs, which means I will need my new employer to sponsor H1B, which isn't an issue. Question is, if I change jobs, will the new H1B that I get be good for 3 yrs or only until June 2016? Thanks. |
