heavy oats breakfast

(whole grain breads+tuna) or (beans+meat) for Lunch

(vegetables+yogurt ) for dinner

did miracles in my blood test report...

only negative impact.. Slightly low on RBC and WBC..

so far only diet changes cheyyakonda only body ki limited exercise tho bandi nadipisthunna nenu aithe...not sure for how long. :-(

Total cholesterol - 157 ( down from 226 couple of years ago )

HDL - 47 ( up from 40 )




good improvement.. how about workout that you did..

There two types of carbs ...good carbs and bad carbs ...

Bad carbs when taken directly get converted into Sugars ...which in moderation is good for the body or diabetes/weight gain etc ku ad chestundi ...

Good carbs is quite opposite ....they take time to get converted into sugars ...so metabolism and other dialy activities ki idhi saripotundi ....

White rice lo bad carbs untayyi ...Quinoa/Oats/ etc etc lo good carbs untayyi

Nopes ...Steel cut oats is high in protein content compared to Quinoa ....but only thing is it constitutes a little starch content making it more high in carbs ...but I bet it must be same as the carbs level in Quinoa

Started with Brown rice + sona masoori mixing. 50-50. Slowly ippudu 75-20-5(quino) ki vochindi. Tondaralo Brown rice + quinoa tho settle avudaamua ni planning.

try cheyyali...quinoa in costco is very pricey...
but protein wise...oats have less protein compared to Quinoa...right?

QUINOA koddi kasta padi alavaatu cheuskovali but for me Cracked Wheat simple gaa mana kuraala tho etc bane set ayyindi and is keeping my tummy good!
