housing is like tying yourself to a place. if you are contracting it is tough decision. You should buy house where you have access to multiple markets. not like in throw away place. I got house from where i can drive to 5 cities with in hour. including 3 states. So in future if i need to change job i have 5 cities in 1 hour distance to search job. i am covering 3 states markets.. | ||
