"Students in academic session 2015-16 will be the first lot to be taught the Constitution. The course will be taught in Urdu, to students in the Kamil Parsi and Kamil Arbi classes," Meerut-based Zainus Sajidin, chairman, UPMEB, said. The Kamil Parsi and Kamil Arbi are the equivalent of graduation programmes. Nearly 3.5 lakh students study in over 3,500 madrassas across Uttar Pradesh.
