Mr. Seenu whose both legs were paralysed was squatting in front of the dais as the CPI(M) group continued to disrupt the proceedings saying the purpose of statehood for Telangana was not served under TRS rule. They questioned the presence of the MLA. A few CPI(M) activists also walked up the dais as Mr. Seenu climbed a table and tried to take the mike from the MLA when he spoke in a rude manner. In the process, Mr. Seenu’s hand landed on the MLA which infuriated the latter and led him to slap the youth on the face.
