FYI skills have its place to get job though timing also important. As I said some % of ppl flow with the team so though they are not enough skilled but managed to be part of team and suriving themself. I dont deny that. But I dont agree OPs following statement we indians spoiling omerican culture by working OT or Weekends. If work drives and needs more effort then one should put if not just leave the job. I agree to some xtent like H4-EAD so ppl jump into market with fake exp and try to get job with low pay etc. But coming to yourself one month kaadu 2 months kaadu 2 years still trying adi omerica lo ante think about your skills seems to be not up to the market. Ittanti skills tho elite india lo aite asssal raadu job. Coming to the weekend work etc. FYI work drives every one here. If work is less then no manager or employee work on weekends or OT. coming omericans life etc I agree. So we are here. Take for example if only omericans were working in our re-engineering system then it would be still in development phase only or over budget and might have stopped and stick back to old or outdated system  Its we indians worked together day and night weekends under omerican manager and the system went to live 4 years ago and it is still running successfully. Came to US for MS..done with my studies in 1 year and 4 months... started living with relatives trying Job... so its been 2 years....this is what I see and think every day... You know why.. Americans dont work on Sat or Sun or Extra time .. because they want to have a life beyond MONEY and dreams... So what did Indians do?....made that as an advantage with their typical attitude even after coming far away from their country.. started working overtime... on weekends.. extra hours trying to impress their bosses..so it resulted in disrupting every thing.. from social, family, and every thing of every one involved... Coming to studies... What did American parents do till few years back??... used to know..WHAT THEIR KIDS WANT... and had been encouraging them.. So, Kids had a LIFE ... they had been able to THINK WHAT THEY LIKE, WHAT THEY WANT AND WHERE THEY WANT TO BE... so its like this... if a kid is interested in studies out of curiosity... he is encouraged and pushed... similarly..if a kid is interested in Arts, Sports, etc.... he is encouraged...what's happening know...Indian parents... started pushing in only one way.. Ivy league.. public universities... college...studies.. Saw same kind of environment from parents in this DB too... what the •••• were you guys thinking...why cant you guys change?? ..even after seeing what you had been .. after all this in your life?had every one been from an Ivy league clg to be in this position? why do you want to destroy a country with good attitude and principles? •••• YOU •••••••• WITH TYPICAL ATTITUDE  |
