you are correct .. some research say it is not useful but for blood flow and exercise it is required to pump it. it may not help to increase metabolism but i would help to have more blood flow.

I realize the effect when i eat wallnuts and watermelon.

dont know your soruce. but as far as i know this myth has been busted. this does not help any in buiding new muscle or help with metabolism overall.

This is primarily for heart health and blood vessel health , mild ED and also treats hyper tension in kids. recent ga neighbor kid accidental injury time lo treatment lo use chesaar.

basically nitric oxide is the main ingredient for the cause of the above benefits, which is not a significant contributor to either building muscle or metabolism in general. the reason folks think NO helps nitric oxide helps in building muscle is because of the pump it gives the muscle, that is increases the blood flow .

If after your workouts - your body does seem to be recovering well NO will definetly help.

you are spot on...kaani 40s kaadhu, for many of us who have been leading a sedentary lifestyle due to the nature of our jobs, student life etc...it starts much earlier

i don't think there is a works-for-all solution to boost metabolism...each person's body is different as is their lifestyle, diet etc

start with moderate to intense exercise...4-5 days per week
eat natural, watch what you eat
a multivitamin per day

that's true.. pelli ki mundhu.. 1/2 hour work out cheste 4 weeks lo 20 lbs thagganu.. ippudu more than 1 hour cheyalisi vasthundhi to keep up.. any way as long you do your regular exercise and diet change by age.. it should be fine..

there are few asanaas in yoga that works good for digestion.. one is Cobra (low or high).. Yoga is one of the greatest tool we as indians did not utilized right.. i am doing two days a week beside regular exercise.. other than that i found another one for back bone structure.. mine is little bend at the top (goonu antaru) after doing that one my back became so straight and feel very comfortable.. there are so many you can utilize from Yoga.. also it works best for the people who exercise is stretching with aasanas..

It is nature. That is why it is little tough to build muscle and burn fat. But there is some workaround to bring back metabolism.
