Telugu as language definitely lost due to formation of state...but it is inevitable Actually before division, south tamilnadu is called Dakshinandhra ( At that time, tamil people talked tamil @ home and converse in Telugu outside...Now this is reversed ) TN lo Dharmapuri, Coimbatore, Virudanagar, Theni, Arcot Karnataka lo Bellari Papam Hosur MLA Gopinath is lone fighter in TN assembly for Telugu language. In 1950, TN had around 400 Telugu teachers in govt schools. By not recruiting/not paying those teachers, they successfully killed Telugu language and today there are less than 10 teachers in entire TN. Ee stats naavi kaavu.
