MOST IMPORTANT

Stress and agony is no always self inflicting. Life events can bring sudden things that can shatter our stability beyond control

At that time all body parameters if maintained or not maintained could lead to diseases. Proper healthy life style can reduce these sudden impacts on the body
But bad maintenance in these situations lead to chronic illness.

Healthy life style should be must, even though that isn't 100% bullet proof

My experience is - My am part of this grand scheme and what ever i am witnessing and experiencing should be used for evolving myself to calm and composed person

I stopped reacting to many things that used to hurt myself badly in the past and flare my ego up, but still feeling calm.

If necessary i am speaking the the reality , without emotionally charged tone.

2. Let the life be like free flow , and not like something running on forceful heavy weight attitude retrospection and feeling guilt
3. Minimize Avoid refined sugars, floors, fried and spicy food on Daily basis. Occasional indulgence to junk is fine. More complex carbs will feel full with less volumes and make us survive longer time without in between eating. Have good amount of water
4. Enjoy a physical activity what you like for at least 40 min 1 hr
5. Spend good time of 30 min to 1 hr with family, need not be a schedule activity
6. Be social without any anticipations (with friends, relatives)
7. Sleep well (early to bed as possible, early to raise)
8. Spend good time enjoying nature, sun and fresh air and imagine your a part of this beautiful nature - at least over weekends
9. Don't miss the fun and entertainment in the life
10. try to improve ourselves in many areas of life with constant coaching and learning
11. Financial discipline and long term planning of Finances.

Frankly i did not do any thing special to reduce Tri
I still eat full meal at night with white rice and still eat sweets if present at home. But i am little cautious on portions and type i am eating. I am totally stress free on what i eat and enjoying, healthy prepared regular home meal. No feeling of any guilt

But i used B12, D3 as doc prescribed. I had to roam a lot in summer for various children classes than usual, Last but not least i am finding inner peace more frequently than usual, thru prayer, attitude changes, let go attitude and no negative thinking on people even though they are passing insulting remarks or showing utter disrespect. Basically no expectations from any one. Just doing my duty wholeheartedly towards others irrespective of their reactions and appreciations or disrespect

This may sound philosophical but it is what i did in last 4 months
I just want to share this with all of you , which you already knew as practical example. But we should never ignore the imprtance of healthy life style

But this attitude changes is like flip flop, some days we feel peace and some days goes out of control. we should constants work on it thru out our life. Healthy life style change can assist in making our attitude changes permanent

Now recent tests few days back

Trig - 215 (from 396), total chol same - 198 (prev 199)
AC1 gone down significantly from 5.9
B12 more than enough, D3 still deficient
all values good and doc wanted me to continue the "secret magic" what i was doing from last 3-4 months

The changes i have incorporated in my life from last 4 montsh

2. No diet changes
3. No life style changes to make myself more active(but driving a lot and roaming under sun more than previous)

I feel the biggest factors could be attitude changes, supplements that caused these changes even though all others remain the same

Underlying stress causes more distress to system than our habits
