Forget about approval date. when r u moving to new location? it depends on that date. 3 cases: 1) moved before Apr 9th. but not covered by current H1 - USCIS wont revoke or deny based on this. so they are safe even if they dont file amendments 2) moved to new location between Apr 9th and Aug 19th - Must file amendement by Jan 2016 3) moving after Aug 19th: You must file amendement before you even go there. | ||

1) H1b ammendment going to be effecting from this month. Any change in your seat, job , salary will need amendment. else you are out of status. 2) Trump is miles away in rating from other.. bush gadu ... moddu pappu gadu.. vadi mida ashalu ettukunte sanka nakinchadu..
