below is my diet..


morning 10-10.30 madyalo breakfast milk with oats(5 dominos sugar packets)
lunch 1.30PM indian meals(with curry and rice/chapathi) + chobani yogurt
Dinner chapathi and curry or hakka noodle(home made) or dosa

+ orange/lemon juice almost a liter per day + fruits(grapes/apple)

every alternate day 1 hr gym..

every day 5-6 hrs avg sleep

If you are in 30's these numbers are warning .. if you are in 40's they are ok , but can be better, if you are less than < 30 , you need to start life style changes ..
