OM kaka. ni age ki daily gym is not good.. at 40 body recovery rate drops and you need more rest to relax body. if you do not rest body well you get adverse effects. When you are going to gym you need really good food.. you said you already stopped non veg.. which is bad thing.. 3 days a week is good schedule.. rest of the day just go for cardio.. like jogging or some games like tennis. intha kante ekkuva cheste armpit licked.. avuthov |
