i could not sleep the whole night when i tool protein drink. i thought it was my feeling, tried 2 more times without success and gave up.

did you try sleep inducing green tea? worst case, you are trying a placebo and not another "natural" pill

I agree so based on my plan to I would wann sleep at 12 or 1 am and sleep until 8 am ( 11pm to 1am 2 hours so muscles got relaxed)

did not read the whole thread. but seems you have issue with sleeping?

protein shakes valla sleep affect aithundi. i had bad exp and given up on them.
also, gym/cardio ayyaka next 2-3 hours i tend to in active state. nidra raad

OM kaka. ni age ki daily gym is not good.. at 40 body recovery rate drops and you need more rest to relax body. if you do not rest body well you get adverse effects.

When you are going to gym you need really good food.. you said you already stopped non veg.. which is bad thing.. 3 days a week is good schedule.. rest of the day just go for cardio.. like jogging or some games like tennis.

3. Do some meditation before bed
4. read some books
5. hear pleasant music
