naa personal experience ayithe...inka india lo real estate business is done and dusted business..big names with flashy ventures...may cash good amount... eppudo 10-20 years time horizon ki...inkaa empty plot koni..making profit out of it is herculean task anukuntunna... 2000-2013 cycle was best cycle ani naa gatti nammakam... midsize segment lo flats kattevallu... always ending up with atleast 40-50% unsold inventory.. roju..padukune mundhu..naaku oka plot vundhi yaadagiri gutta daggara ni count vesukovadam thappithe... i don't think it will fetch you mutibagger profit in this day and age... my 2 cents... check with other sources | ||
