agree bro...but T lo yadadri will be developed and it will become more busy and famous....
so akkada people always visit....so hotel/motel kind of setting ki okay anipinchindi naaku....but make sure the plot is very near to the main temple

naa personal experience ayithe...inka india lo real estate business is done and dusted business..big names with flashy ventures...may cash good amount...

eppudo 10-20 years time horizon ki...inkaa empty plot koni..making profit out of it is herculean task anukuntunna...

2000-2013 cycle was best cycle ani naa gatti nammakam... midsize segment lo flats kattevallu... always ending up with atleast 40-50% unsold inventory..

roju..padukune mundhu..naaku oka plot vundhi yaadagiri gutta daggara ni count vesukovadam thappithe... i don't think it will fetch you mutibagger profit in this day and age...

my 2 cents... check with other sources




my feeling also same when friend said he bought 700 odd yards investing 25 lakhs
