what you pay is what is get mostly , general gaa US lo affordable home ki most of the builders are same , Shea homes,Ryan homes, MI , Lennar etc High end builders like Toll Brothers are not affordable for normal public, for around $300k + we get decent looking Huts , most of the upgrades will be spent on Kitchen and bathrooms If one wants to buy a house for appreciation , just invest in INDIA , this I learned very late - | ||

All depends on builders and upgrades. I had a personal who referred Mattamy. Some do refer to get referral bonus. So went with a familiar name. But now o ly, I am learning they are the Walmart of home building. Quality and care wise. Next time, will prefer to get a home that is a couple of years old. | ||

Lots of new Telugu population coming in so would like to warn. Please do not buy from Mattamy Homes unless you want distress instead of a home. They build in Major cities. End product will not be what you were told or saw. If you still have Walmart mentality and buy(I did and regret); Make sure everything you expect, is in writing else don't sign purchase agreement. If there is a model home as the one you are purchasing, take measurement of everything, even doors to make sure opening will be the same. Take everything to your framework and make them fix any errors. One of the worst customer service people in any organization I have dealt with. Don't expect professionalism after they have yor signature. |
