what is a good reason for one party may not be a good reason for another all are relative and subjective here

And I thought Parliament is for "discussion" and "debate" apart from "law making"....and if one party wants to discuss and the other wants to evade a discussion -- what is a good reason that can justify that?

LOL...there is an issue...and that issue one party wants to discuss...the other wants to punish one of the persons in this issue, whether it is right/wrong, come whatmay.

Now you tell me...what is relative here?

In this case, if the govt in power wants to discuss, they are at least giving a chance. In that case, stalling is 100% unnecessary.

If the govt doesn't even want to entertain any discussion that issue - then stalling, even though wrong, is necessary. (that's the necessary evil....) -- again, I am not supporting this. But I am putting forward a view point.

Now tell me, what is going on right now - is it even necessary?

stalling parliament is utterly wrong. Whether it is BJP or INC or anyone.
But that is "more" wrong, when opposition doesn't want even want to discuss....but just have the govt do whatever they want. (Note: I am not supporting stalling...but stalling for no reason at all is much worse than stalling for a good reason....this may be applicable to any party, not just the current agitation by INC)

If we look at the last decade...obviously we'll only get one version...we should look at the last 2-3 decades..then it'll be a good picture.
