Thanks all for the inputs. Ee kinda video lo info clear ga undi on maintaining the PD date even after the I-140 is revoked. However, we cannot use an revoked I-140 for H1 transfers beyond 6 years. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TsVVoaWC2Bo In my case, hopefully I will get 3 years extension now and I should have my new I-140 within next 3 years. Or I will get extension only for 1 year in the worst case (my 6 years ends in Jan 2017) and it will screw up my eligibility work (current I140 revoke aitey) | ||

with approved 140 you will get 3 year h1 extension when you do a transfer also you can still port date even if 140 is revoked.. | ||

Need some advice.. Naa current situation, 5th year H1 lo unna, I-140 approve ayindi , 2014 PD. Current client FT offer chestunadu, per their policy, they will begin my GC process after 1+ years of joining. If I do not accept, they may fire me soon ani indirect ga chepparu. Current employer is not holding me from accepting the FT offer, but he says he may have to revoke my I-140 (kind of warning) Naa location & skills ki, outside market peddaga emi ledu. Any suggestions friends? |
