Thanks for alerting on the GO.Just read the GO# 264 dated 13-July-2015. PFB the text. No where it is mentioned that Govt. is allotting the land to Airbus. It is for Aerospace Manufacturing Cluster. Lands – Ananthapuramu District - Alienation of Government land to an extent of Ac. 49.18 cts in Sy. No. 1-4 etc. at Palasamudram Village, Gorantla Mandal in favour of APIIC for allotment for development of Aerospace Manufacturing Cluster on payment of market value @ Rs. 5,00,000/- per acre, subject to certain conditions – Orders – Issued. In the reference 1st read above, the District Collector, Ananthapuramu has reported that the RDO., Penukonda has submitted alienation proposal for the land to an extent of Ac. 49.18 cts in Sy. No. 1-4 etc. at Palasamudram Village, Gorantla Mandal in favour of APIIC for allotment to Air Bus Project for development of Defence Manufacturing Cluster. He has further reported that the proposed land is classified as AWD. There are no trees, wells, channels, Tombs or any other permanent structures existing in the lands. A1 notice was published and no objections were received. The Grampanchayat, Palasamudram has also passed resolution for alienation of the said land. The District Collector, Ananthapuramu has therefore, submitted proposal for alienation of Government land to an extent of Ac. 49.18 cts in Sy. No. 1-4 etc. at Palasamudram Village, Gorantla Mandal in favour of APIIC for allotment to Air Bus Project for development of Defence Manufacturing Cluster on payment of market value @ Rs. 5,00,000/- per acre. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the CCLA., AP. Hyderabad has reported that the proposal was placed before the APLMA in its meeting held on 20.03.2015, and the APLMA has recommended for alienation of the said land in favour of APIIC for onward allotment to Air Bus Project for development of Defence Manufacturing Cluster on payment of market value @ Rs. 5,00,000/- per acre. 3. The Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby order that the Government land to an extent of Ac. 49.18 cts in Sy. No. 1-4 etc. at Palasamudram Village, Gorantla Mandal, Ananthapuramu District, be alienated in favour of APIIC for allotment for development of Aerospace Manufacturing Cluster on payment of market value @ Rs. 5,00,000/- per acre, subject to the following conditions in addition to the conditions under BSO- 24: (i) The land shall be utilized for the purpose for which it is allotted within three years of the orders of alienation. (ii) The alienee shall submit an annual report before 31st March on the progress of utilization to the District Collector. (iii) The District Collector, Ananthapuramu shall be the authority to cancel and resume the land from the allottee for violation of conditions as well as for non - utilization of land. 4. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, AP. Hyderabad and the District Collector, Ananthapuramu shall take further action accordingly. I have been followig this from Jan. Hindu lo vachindi, AP govt. has offerred and nothing confirmed yet! Jamadagni annai emo confirm ayinattu rasadu.. set up manufacturing unit No progress on this yet. Aerospace Giant Airbus is coming to Andhra Pradesh. Leading aeroplane manufacturing company “Airbus” is going to set up an aerospace manufacturing cluster in Andhra Pradesh.
