yeah that is because in the north you have some shadow of snow and located in higher altitudes ..Caralinas are very flat and low altitude that is the reason for humidity besides high 90s avg temp in summers but it will be like that only for one month from mid july to mid august ..given the warm winters we can take this humidity  | ||

Why is it so humid in Charlotte? It is far away from sea but still sucks.. Not as bad as Chennai but still surprised.
