Hyderabad: The High Court today rejected the petition of Kodangal TDP MLA Revanth Reddy, the principal accused in the notorious Cash-for-Vote case, seeking some exemptions in conditional bail. Revanth Reddy filed a petition in the court seeking relaxation of his bail conditions. Stating that being an MLA he has to look after party affairs in the State capital, he urged the court to relax some conditions in his bail. The court had given bail to him with a condition that he should not go out of his Assembly constituency Kodangal. However, the High Court gave some relief to two other accused Sebastian and Uday Simha in bail conditions. The court asked them to appear before the court on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. Earlier they used to appear before the court every day.
