Nope.. Family undi property undi (high value pettu land di, no body cares), Agriculture lands unnayi etc etc ani put tht in the document from CPA plus also when officer asks tell u parents to tell the same.. Lands and property unnayi sir, plus family undi.. Just visiting kids for few months.. I have to come back and take care of lands etc ani cheppamanu.. Vaadi daya mana praaptam... | ||

Na kinda post soodu..same follow ayipo, em issues kaavu... I did it and j4f kuda same chesindu.. Also like sannayi said get a document from attorney or CPA saying these are the assets, this is the income, these are the liabilities.. Also if u have sibling or grand parents add that to the document saying ur grand father is ur fathers responsibility and they have to come back to India and when they r in US ur siblings will take care of grand parents.. This is what I did for my parents... Occupation - Agriculture/Farmer Residence - Hyderabad Land - In remote village in palamur Job responsibilities - Leased the land we have to so and so and I (my dad here) visit my village every other weekend or every weekend.. Blah blah.. Annual income - 1.2 lacs per anum Who is paying for the trip - my son.. I sent him a notarized affidavit of support.. All set .. Good luck.. | ||
