I am also looking for the answers. Wellsfargo brother said that, we may not need to declare the income while we were in US. I don't know if this is valid only for US citizens. | ||

R2I guys ...do we have to declare 401k while filing returns this year in India ? There is no clarity, i checked with few CA ..they do not seem to be clear as well. They said file ITR-2 with foreign asset as 0 and provide 401k account number. Is that correct ? Platy or others pls clarify. I do have a 401k account but i didnt make any new contributions since 2010. |
