Never ever heat olive oil
Use directly olive oil

Y do u need talimpu if u still need then
Use regular oil but use very little

Chick peas or black eyes beans are awesome
It's best substitute for pakoda or naaki when there is heavy rains

Manchiga heat chesi salt and olive oil esukoni

Quinoa

Half cup quinoa
3 cups water boil in rice cooker
Later on add diff boiled veggys like bracolli
Brussels sprouts or cabbage or beets or peas or
Indian style spinach dal or tomato dal
But no oil no talimpu etc
Use one or two table spoon olive oil

Salt and pepper

Brown rice freejeh also same.
I case of black or pinto or black eyed beans or pinto

Just boil it while boiling add little salt
Later once it's fully boiled let it cool add pepper and onion,tomatoes and olive oil
Tastes awesome

Chapathi again wheat so eat limited number
Max 3 if it is medium size or pulka

But eat many times a day like 6 or 7 times

Protein + veggys and healthy grains

Every day and do exercise too every day
Kee changing targeted areas like upper body one day
Lower body one day cardio or aerobic another day etc
After few months u will see completely different that you were
6 months ago

I control my diet during week days.... weekends parties lo no control.

I walk 4-5 miles at least 3-4 times a week

E rendu consistent ga chesthunna keeping an eye on weight (almost daily.... shower avvagane check chestha) and blood work (every 6 months)

- eat in moderate with more healthy cooked veggies, pulses and meat and fats

Because of no one feels full with moderate white rice, people eat a lot
Better to switch whole or brown or dampudu versions of rice

Night Whole wheat pulkas best with little butter milk rice / butter milk
