Quinoa Half cup quinoa 3 cups water boil in rice cooker Later on add diff boiled veggys like bracolli Brussels sprouts or cabbage or beets or peas or Indian style spinach dal or tomato dal But no oil no talimpu etc Use one or two table spoon olive oil Salt and pepper Brown rice freejeh also same. I case of black or pinto or black eyed beans or pinto Just boil it while boiling add little salt Later once it's fully boiled let it cool add pepper and onion,tomatoes and olive oil Tastes awesome Driving is my PASSION.
