You can get a 800 odd sft apartment for around 20 lakh, I saw one such flat 2-3 years back, If you are going towards AOC the locality on the left side of the road come under cantonment and in that area you can find such flats | ||

22 lacs is mentioned as the low end of a big range (upto 1 crore). Some Aliens Developers type developer may have quoted 22 lacs for a 900 square feet apartment that is only on paper and completion is a big doubt. I am not saying that Hyderabad real estate is booming but this kind of a crash in prices of apartments can not happen, especially in saturated places such as West Marredpally. Undeveloped land in far off locales with very little infrastructure may see such crashes but not apartments! Afterall, the cost of land is less than half of the total cost! The other costs such as cement, steel etc. can't crash in just Hyderabad and remain stable in other cities! Also, Hyderabad is a well developed city with very good infrastructure. Yes, there are issues like water shortage but expecting a doomsday scenario is ridiculous! "Sakshi is a most balanced and independent media.
