Except for in parties or some occassions I stopped eating white rice from an year or plus and find no difference. With that eating of many pachchaLLu (tamO guNam pempondinchEvi) is reduced. eating of Curd is being cut down by 80% almost.

ee pooTa nalugu, aa pooTa nalugu chapatis with one curry or dal. madhyalo munching ki fruits, nuts. sometimes parle G biscuits :-):-)

no.. its not a myth. andariki untundi ani kadu gani.. konni vitamins regular veg food lo dorakavu. as said.. B6, B12.. high in red meat.. but veeti kosam adi tinte inka double problems vastayi. so avoid.

normal ga takkuva unte konchem paalu ekkuva tagite or B complex tablets vesukunte chalu.

vitamin D is mostly due to milk/curd most people use no fat which is of no use..




this is mainly due to lack of exposure to sun.. darker the skin, longer one has to spend in the sun for vitamin D. we tend to do the opposite. hence the main reason for deficiency.

spending 30 mins a day under the sun adds huge amounts of vitamin d to the body

quinoa, edamame unsweetened cocoa powder
Green peas red beans and chick peas etc

Along with chia seeds hemp or tempeh or tofu

Already born vegetarian, but became vegan in 2011. No issues. I dont miss milk/curd or regualr bread and stuff.. In fact, it gave me opportunity to try so many varieties of food that is available.Almond/coconut milk, Avacado, quinoa, nuts, Tofu,Tofurky,varieties of beans, lentils etc...
Now, there is a huge market for Vegan stuff as many people are opting for Vegan food.. Vegan breads, pizzas etc etc.. You really dont miss anything.. Just need to take care off Vitamin B and D..

Most of Indian food is already vegan... dals,curries, sambar,rasam ec etc...
I also moved on to other vegan stuff.. Vegan wallet,belts, fabric/wood furniture ( instead of leather sofa etc)..

So body to consume fats it looks into your body
And consumed that fat like how healthy food helps to
Burn fat

If you start doing exercise regularly added to healthy food
You will get back in to right shape and increase stamina for fight back

problem enti ante, most of the breads, naans, paratha add milk/yogurt in the baking process. She can't eat any of them.

Still surviving as vegan for past 3 years.

Vitamin deficiency is a myth.. veggies, fruits lo chaaaalaaa vitamins untayi...

protein issues are there... veggies,and rice tho proteins cover avvavu...

Milk lo proteins untayi... but punjabi valla laaga daily 7-8 glasses of lassi taagali to cover protein value... and grow muscle...

But now that you are vegan, who doesnt take milk.. you need to find how to get protein... vitamins aythey emi problem undadu...

even my wife is a vegan.... i too from last one month .... feeling very good....initially oka month chedhamani anukunna.... one month complete ayyindhi....no cravings at all....so inko 2, 3 months choodhaamanukuntunna..... alavaatu ayipothe need to think about completely becoming vegan for life
