Yes. Demands should not be accepted. Govt should kick them out and award Municipal works contract to a private company. Lot of unemployed are waiting for opportunities. | ||

so only these out sourcing employees are threating to increase salaries or make them permanant ? this is hte prob in India , if one govt get out sourcing employes , next govt will promise them to make them as a permanant... we need to make sure that some policies should be followed by every govt... govt burden avutundhi ani out sourcing testhunnaru..eppudu permannt ante too bad.. | ||

They are contract, outsourcing employees. Ilaanti issues unadavane outsourcing chestharu. Ippudu vaallu kuda bediristhe ika govt nadichinatte. Biggest mistake is raising govt employees salary by 43%. Now everyone is threatening with strikes. | ||
