here is my analysis Initially they thought of making 31/2 hour long drama with 100+ crs...they had planned to have Anushka's role also in flashback (which was already shot) and with out Kaalekeya role...they might have planned for 2 big fights one Bahubali vs Bhalladeva before interval where Prabas dies...after interval Sivudu character take revenge with help of Sudeep and Katappa etx drama...but all this even with tight screenplay will make it 4 hour long epic even though Tamanna's love episode etc were to be chopped off....and they were skeptic if they will be able to recover all the money as the chances are 50-50 They went back to the drawing board and changed the screenplay and added more characters etc and shot the 1st part....Tamanna was the last to join the team...my guess all of Anushka's flashback was already shot and may be some pending shots on Devasena old character to be filmed...I'm thinking Bahubali vs Bhalladeva fight is already shot which will be in Bahubali - 2 interval bang...but only pending major episode is climax fight Sivudu vs Bhalladeva to the shot which will be at least 1 hour duration Prabas/Rana already cut their long hair...how are they going to join the shoot in september? |
