In Rajamouli's movies there will be a high voltage action scene like in vikramarkudu the son of the villain gets killed or in magadheera the killing of 100 soldiers.. There is no such scene in this movie and that is the main reason of my disappointment.. offcourse when expectations are high then anything ordinary will look pale.. | ||

I have seen the movie yesterday and i have got mixed feelings about it. The movie has not reached my expectations in terms of the Rajamouli EQ(Emotional Quotient). That does not meet that the movie is bad but i felt that there are some very strong characters in terms of Satyaraj,Ramyakrishna,Rana,Tamannna etc that the hero did not get elevated in this movie.The movie did not have a logical conclusion in terms of happy ending and that is something of a reason for the mixed feeling. The movie was too slow in terms of content that in the end you feel that there was no story.The graphics were great and the background music was great except for couple of places. Except for couple of songs the rest of them are not upto the mark.. They should have edited the movie by 15-30 minutes to make it look crisp.. The biggest drawback of the movie is prabhas charecterization and surprisingly Rana looked very good in the dialogues..Sathyaraj had a big role in this part and did a wonderful job..Tamanna too did a good job and Ramyakrishna was Exemplary.. |
