Will be interesting to see how Indian Cinema takes turn after this then. For Hollywood, Avatar was just another step in evolution. 2nd half rain fight and kattappa bahubali kalu ni thana nethi meeda pettukune scene ki goosebumps Basically every character has been etched completely and it looked like all the characters have lived those lives their entire lives..everything just came together like magic I thought Shivudus world was so beautifully visualized! It was refreshing to imagine his world when time was slower and people were living in the lap of nature..the entire first half was so beautifully conceived Second half was another worldly experience..the war sequences were many times better and more palatable than the unrealistic 300 and other Hollywood movies.. | ||

Ramya Krishna gave a top notch performance so did Satyaraj. Rana was surprisingly good just shows that you can even train tree trunks just need to find the correct trainer. Prabhas made up for his mediocre acting with his screen presence, don't think any actor in india would have carried out those action sequences with such intensity and panache like him. Routine story but the way it has been visualised is one of a kind in Indian cinema. Where other directors failed SSRM did it finally by giving us a movie where you'll not get a chance to mock at vex effects. Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity. | ||

One of the best movies made in telugu film industry. This movie will be talked about for ages just like it was done with a shakarabaranam, Shiva or JVAS etc... I'm a sucker for folklore genre but my my take a bow SSRM you've delivered a masterpiece and now can't wait for 2016 summer to come any sooner specially after watching the sneak peak into what is in store for us in the second part. SSRM is da man but there are a few jarring notes in the movie in the form of songs which could have been completely done away with. Hope he makes the amends in the next part because this movie doesn't need a dance & song sequence to make it work for the front benchers or does it need a bimbo like tammanah.
