Jambalahaart_raja:

he firm that filed your I-140 does not own you, nor the petition. You can always initiate as well keep applying for further status and documentation all by yourselves in the GC process.

An approved I-140 directly affects your Visa Extension situation post the first 6 year time-frame.
Asalu 140 premium ki ippudu upgrade cheyatam avasaramaa ledaa important.
Yes, you can upgrade to premium, and yes, Premium Processing on USCIS website is reported as $1225, so attorney fees for an extra $500 is expected. Also, yes, the firm that filed your I-140 does not own you, nor the petition. You can always initiate as well keep applying for further status and documentation all by yourselves in the GC process.
Take care of your H1 Visa, or whatever work-authorization that is necessary if you current employer might ask you to move out as they don't have any more projects.

You have to take decision well before applying 140

Correct me if I am wrong

Regd lawyer fees GC fees would come close to $4000
