In your mail, you will get a lot of letters from prospective lawyers asking to represent you in this situation. If injuries are involved, be prepared for a law suit. Unless the other party is crazy, this should be OK. Both insrance companies will pay for any minor injuries etc | ||

Unfortunately many times insurance wont allow MRI evenafter the doctor provides justification. In ur case when the doctor himself not convinced that MRI is needed it is tought to convince Insurance No Signature | ||

Others can provide details about the legal matters related to this case. What I would advise is to keep a close eye on your neck pain.....x-rays don't reveal much unless something is obvious. I was in an accident fours years ago and for two days I had neck pain and after a looooooooong struggle I ended up with a surgery to my spine....I pleaded doctors to write a MRI and they wouldn't do that....all they told me was that my X-ray were looking normal.....after changing three doctors, I ended up with a doctor who asked me to go for MRI and then he reveled that my disks were badly damaged..... Hi I faced the same scenario the only difference being there was lot of snow on the road and the breaks can't able to stop the car . Fortunately there was no ticket for me . Both the cars have been totaled . I was worried when the old man took out a handicapped girl in a wheel chair half an hour after the accident . Till today i haven't heard anything back by gods grace. I would suggest you to have a lawyer. Half knowledge tho mokaliki, bodigundu ki link pettatam foolishness.. Instead of misleading, ask for information, people will be more than happy to provide whatever little they know.. | ||

first thing you should not right away say you at fault. Accidents happen but if there are no injuries then you should be fine. as long as there are no injuries you should be fine. Insurance will cover these. later they pay file lawsuite for bruces which never get settled. Insurance will settle it out of court as long as you have enough coverage First you should go to doctor and get checked. that is the first thing | ||

Hi guys, involved in a bad accident while going to work. I couldn't remember what happens just few seconds before the accident. But I think I drove into intersection on red. I was driving south and another going to east. It's SUV. I think my car can be scraped. SUV is in drivable do condition but they towed the car. I told police I was at fault. SUV has five people , two kids and three adults. I was feeling very bad about the accident. On the spot no body reported injuries. But I have very bad neck pain, and bruised my right knee. But didn't go to doctor. My car both air bags deployed. It's been 24 hours, I feeling bad if those people in the other car might have similar problems Police given me ticket for not boating the signal with court attendance required. Court date is after a month. Do I need lawyer? |
