Any one facing this Me victim of it. Again it's troubling me Now visiting doctor as the pain is severe But I would want get permenat solution As of now I think human hand is the best massage So that all blocks will clear and blood flows well. But difficult to have every day  And the second best is Hard ball massage. It gives Too much pain and pleasure but I cannot sleep keeping this On my pillow behind my neck.
