Oka sari h.pylori vaste you will always be positive in your blood work stop worrying about it. Nenu cheppina rice grain remedy try cheyyi I was in very bad condition adi try cheseka all set. I avoid spicy food but once in a while thintunna and all set.

Cold milk is another thing you need to try when you are hunger during nights. Eat in smaller quantities and more number of times.

Take early dinner no later than 7 PM and keep atleast 2 hours gap before going to sleep. Avoid coffee, regular tea..... drink more water. If you addicted to tea then try green tea. Avoid spicy food. If you feel hungry in the night or middle of night then try cold milk (do not warm)

why? now a days i am eating some before going for bed. lekapothe i am waking up in the middle of night.

terrible aindi body shape within 2 months, as i doubled my intake.




Brother...nee problem ACIDITY/ACID REFLUX ayithe nee major problem Digestion...mamulu manishi ki food digest avataaniki oka 1 hour padithe neeku even 3-4 hours kuda padathadi...so having lite dinner very early will solve lot of problems! Infact ACIDITY leni vaadiki ayina dinner early gaa cheyatam manchidi!

ACID REFLUX unnollaki late gaa bhonchesthe mid night ACID REFLUX occhi 911 call chesi poyina cases friends lo ne unnayi! So, eating early and LITE is important!

For food digestion acids will be released in your body.... more intake more acid will be released.

Take early dinner no later than 7 PM and keep atleast 2 hours gap before going to sleep. Avoid coffee, regular tea..... drink more water. If you addicted to tea then try green tea. Avoid spicy food. If you feel hungry in the night or middle of night then try cold milk (do not warm)

This has worked for me

Early in the morning after brushing your teeth and before breakfast take 8-10 grains of rice (uncooked) with water. Do this for 3-4 weeks and you will see all your acidity gone.

Do this religiously around same time and tell me

Coming to the issue....follow these till your Appointment with doc:

1) Morning levagaane LANSPRAZOLE okati yesuko
2) Have heavy breakfast before taking Coffee etc
3) Coffee avavaatu unte take at 10 AM not like 7 AM on empty stomach and also very less coffee
4) Completely avoid spicy food
5) Take small meal portions multiple times than having heavy lunch
6) Have LITTLE amount of dinner at 6 PM and NO LATER than that
7) Take lot of water
8) Do WALK a lot

i think the antibiotic kills the good bacteria in the stomach, making digestion difficult
