its up to u unsolicited advice by me to u I agree sec 498 a is not applicable but people r usig it bcos I suppose that section is easier to use and is more powerful than others ections i.e sections of cruelty unnatural sex etc time to make other sections powerful i.e cruelty by husband/wife ,cheating of wife/husabnd by husband/wife in both money and illgal affairs,thretaning of wife/husband by husband/wife right now most of cass in upper middle class are the above reasons but cases r booked in 498 a just bcos that section is too powerful | ||
