I don't think there is an "ideal" solution to this problem..but one of the things that I think will help in this situation is: After every discussion - ask a participant (who is on the information receiving end) to send the notes (like action items after planning meetings) to all the participants of the meeting. Next time if someone asks you a question that was already discussed - ask that "someone" to refer to the previous notes. Note: This is applicable to everyone  - not just offshore or on-site or o-shore or off-site  | ||
