SRSP and bore well are the reason. SRSP hardly caters to three districts. Rest have to depend on rains or borewells(electricy). In many areas groundwater is depleted with decades of use. Electricy became another issue this year. | ||

Telangana lo agriculture mostly tank irrigation. danni ongobettaru rulers.. ofcourse, not just in telangana, but in Rayalaseema too.. coastal ki natural river water undhi. TG height lo undhi. and due to historical reasons, they did not get a major share in water unna tank irrigation ni spoil cheyyatam darunam.. though some of it has been compensated with canal irrigation like Sriram sagar, SLBC etc.. nothing to the level of coastal andhra.
